Name of the Post: Associate Manager (Legal)

Location: Chennai

Essential Qualification and Experience

· Candidate should have a degree in LL.B./LLM from a recognized university.

· Minimum 2-4 years of experience in handling RBI Complaints, litigation, drafting and legal documents and managing cases.

· Strong knowledge of laws and regulations relevant to the banking industry.

· Excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills in English and Hindi.

· Ability to work independently.

Roles & Responsibilities

· Responding to Authority's, receiving, and forwarding the complaints to locations.

· Coordinating with the location executives and Business Units of all Products for reply / resolution of the issues.

· Preparing the reply on merits based on feed-back received from location.

· Replying to enquires, attending personal hearings for re-open cases after consulting with the Reviewer.

· Preparing the first cut reply on merits based on feed-back received from location.

· Analyze the complaint issue, review, prepare the drafts and finalize the reply

· Prepare and arrange reverts and supporting documents for the reopen queries,

· Assist in drafting of legal agreements, deeds and other ad-hoc documents.

· Preparing reports on monthly, quarterly and annual basis and forwarding to reporting manager and Head-Legal, CFD
