Essential Qualification and Experience

• A law degree (LL.B./B.A. LL.B.).
• Ability to read, write, and speak Kannada fluently.
• 3–6 years of relevant professional experience, which may include: (a) Litigation practice; (b) Programme or fellowship management; (c) Clinical legal education; or and (d) Legal sector/non-profit programme coordination.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and reporting cycles simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other programme-management tools.
• Ability to work independently, exercise discretion when handling sensitive matters, and collaborate effectively with a co-Programme Manager.
• 4+ years in project/program management, preferably in legal education, access to justice, or nonprofit sectors. The criteria may be relaxed depending on the educational qualifications of the candidates.
