Essential Qualification and Experience

· The Candidate must be a law graduate having a Bachelor Degree in law (three years professional course or five years, including Integrated Degree course in law) with a first class from any School/ College/University/Institution established by law in India and recognized by Bar Council of India for enrolment as an Advocate.

· Desirable: The candidates who possess master's degree in law.

· In-depth understanding of the regulatory framework/ working knowledge of the relevant Acts, rules and regulations etc., concerning the financial services market or IFSC.

· Drafting and vetting of various legal documents including bills, regulations, notifications, circulars, MoUs, and other ancillary documents.

· Ability to apply legal principles, concepts, policies, for the review, examination and processing of a range of legal issues and documents.

· Analytical skills to conduct legal research on existing domestic and international laws, treaties, conventions, etc.

· Experience with policies, procedures, best practices and operations of the global and domestic financial services market.
