Remuneration: Rs. 86955/- or Last Basic Pay minus Pension (without DA) whichever is lower

Essential Qualification and Experience

• Retired employees having (i) Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized Institute/University with 05 years of Professional experience in the Supreme Court/ High Court/Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT)/District Court or other courts (All central Govt. service matters and procurement matters). (ii) Registration with any Bar Council in India. (iii) Strong communication skills and a solid understanding of legal procedures. (iv) Experience in drafting counter-petitions, filling petitions before tribunals and courts, contesting cases, and liaising with advocates on various legal matters.
