Essential Qualification and Experience

• The applicant should have LL.B. degree from a recognized university in India or abroad.

• The applicant should possess fluency in English.

• The applicant should be well versed with the use of computer, internet etc.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in legal field.

• Desirable: Expertise in contract law, litigation, dispute resolution especially in handling construction, real estate and infrastructure related matters.

• Previous experience of work relating to legal contractual matters, arbitration cases and International Law will be given weightage.
