Essential Qualifications and Experience

• Graduate in any discipline with bachelor's degree in law or any equivalent degree from a recognized institution/university.
• Retired government servants from any Ministry/Department or its attached/subordinate offices of Central/State/UT Governments, Autonomous Bodies, Statutory Bodies, or PSUs having served in pay level of 10 and above (as per 7th CPC) with a minimum of six years' experience in handling court cases, legal drafting, and administrative coordination.
