• The applicant should have minimum experience of 30 years in PSUs/Autonomous Organizations /Central/State Government /Statutory Bodies out of which minimum 20 years of experience post LL.B. in following areas: • Contract Management • Arbitration (Domestic & International) • Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC) proceedings • High-value commercial dispute resolution.
• Desirable: The applicant may possess MBA in any specialization. The applicant should be well versed with HR related law issues, legal and policy interpretation.
