Essential Qualification and Experience

· The applicant should be a lawyer and should have a Graduate degree in law (LLB) from a reputed recognized institution from India or abroad with specialization in drafting of legislation.

· The applicant should have experience in working for the Government, with legal background and having knowledge in International law, International legal affairs including sound knowledge of diplomatic norms and processes.

· Preference will be given to lawyers with 5 years degree in law.

· The applicant should have work experience of a minimum 7 years of practice at the High Court level, with a minimum 5 years of experience in drafting and amendment of legislative and policy matters.
