Essential Qualification and Experience

• Graduate in Law from a recognized university.
• At least 10 years of experience in working in Labour Court, Industrial Tribunal, Conciliation, etc after obtaining a certificate.
• Priority will be given to those who have worked as arbitrators.
• The candidate should have knowledge of basic computer operations and should also have knowledge of computer courses/ work as may be recommended by the Government from time to time in this regard.
• Knowledge of Gujarati and Hindi language is required.
