Essential Qualification and Experience

• Officers from the All India Services / Central Civil Services Group 'A'/ Indian Law Service/ Indian Company Law Service / Autonomous Organisations / Regulatory Authorities / Universities / Academic / Research / Judicial Institutions etc.
• Having a Bachelor's Degree in Law from a recognized university and working in analogous post/grade or five years' service in the Grade pay of Rs.6600 or equivalent.
