Essential Qualification and Experience

· Qualified Company Secretary (CS) is mandatory.

· LL.B. qualification will be an added advantage.

· Relevant experience in corporate law, FEMA compliances, regulatory advisory, and transactional support.

· Strong drafting, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

· Provide end-to-end regulatory advisory and compliance support under the Companies Act, FEMA regulations, and Labour Codes.

· Ensure timely compliance with applicable corporate and regulatory requirements.

· Conduct and manage legal and regulatory due diligence for transactions, investments, and restructuring activities.

· Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents, agreements, and other commercial contracts.

· Support clients and stakeholders on regulatory matters and risk mitigation strategies.

· Monitor regulatory developments and advise on their impact on business operations.

· Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies for approvals, filings, registrations, and clarifications (preferred).
