Essential Qualification and Experience

• Applicant must be an Advocate enrolled under a Bar Council as per Advocates Act, 1961. In case of a Law Firm, it must apply through an Advocate enrolled under a Bar Council as per Advocates Act, 1961.
• Applicant should be familiar with various branches of law especially those concerning Mining Laws including Coal Mines, Land Acquisition law, Competition Law, Constitutional Law, Company Law ( including SEBI Guidelines), Forest and Environmental Law, Service Law, Labour Law, Law of Contract, Commercial Law, Property Laws and Taxation etc. However, the domain of knowledge and expertise need not be restricted to the aforesaid only. Applicant must be well conversant with the rules of practice in Supreme Court, Various High Courts, especially High Court of Delhi, High Court of Jharkhand and Courts Subordinate thereto, and those of Tribunals and other Legal Fora.
