Executive Director (Law)
- Law Degree from a recognized University.
- Experience of handling legal matters in a senior position in Central Government / State Government / PSU involving administrative, commercial and contract law.
- Experience in drafting statutes and/or legislation.
Joint Director (Law)
- Law Degree from a recognized University / Law School.
- Experience in regulatory laws.
- Knowledge of the Power Sector.
- Experience in contract / administrative law.
- Experience in handling litigations.
Deputy Director (Law)
- Law Degree from a recognized University / Law School.
- Experience of handling legal matters in a middlelevel position in Central Government / State Government / PSU involving administrative, commercial and contract law.
- Experience in drafting statutes and/or legislations
