Essential Qualification and Experience

• Education to be MBA / CA / CFA
• LL.B. candidacy is a plus
• Sound understanding of regulatory frameworks governing equity capital markets transactions, including SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2018 and the Companies Act 2013.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Support capital market transactions including IPOs, FPOs, QIPs, and rights issues.
• Understanding of the execution processes and ability & experience to execute ECM assignments
• Managing virtual data room (VDR) and handholding client on various aspects of IPO DD Checklist
• Manage due diligence processes covering financial, legal, and compliance aspects
• Co-ordination and involvement with BRLMs and law firms in preparation of documentation, assisting in due diligence and managing the overall stage wise execution till listing
• Analytical and financial modelling skills
• Conduct financial analysis, valuation support, and capital structuring for IPO transactions
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Decent PPT skills for development of pitch decks & proposals
• Good Excel Skills is a must
