• Enrollment as an Advocate with State Bar Council / Bar Council of India and valid right to practice.
• Good drafting skills.
• Punjabi pass upto Matric Standard is essential.
• Preferred specialization: University/service law, writs, civil matters, contracts, disciplinary matters, RTI, arbitration, constitutional law.
