Essential Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in law from recognized university; with 2+ years of experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Legal Executive is responsible to support and coordinate for all legal activities of Induslnd Bank m the hub.

• Need to respond and support for all legal cases against the bank in the hub.

• Monitor all the customers' vehicles and other assets and initiate legal proceedings for recover}' of dues.

• Need to ensure suitable legal action and other Proceedings are initiated for repossessing the asset & recover the outstanding dues after reviewing the NPA contracts with the SLC.

• Need to monitor all statutory compliances licenses in the hub.
