Essential Qualification and Experience

• Direct Recruitment: A person who has been practicing as an Advocate for not less than three (3) years, as on the date of publication of the notification/advertisement is published in newspapers i.e. 03.12.2020 shall be eligible to apply for the post of Civil Judge (Junior Division) under Direct Recruitment.
• Recruitment by Transfer: A person applying under Recruitment by Transfer must possess a Degree in Law from any University established by Law in India and must be a confirmed member or approved probationer in any one of the following categories.
