• Graduate with Post Graduate Management Degree/Diploma in Personnel Management/Human Resource Management / Administration and or Law.

• Minimum 15 years of experience in General Administration, Recruitment, Industrial/ Staff Relations Disciplinary / Vigilance matters / Courts Cases / RTI etc., preferably in a hospital set-up.
