Who can Apply?
Officers of the Central Government, The State Government, Union Territories, autonomous or statutory organisation, Public Sector Undertakings, University or recognized Research Institution.
Essential Qualification:
- Master of Laws from any recognized University
- Masters in Political Science or Sociology or Social Work or Economics or Human Rights or Psychology or Population Studies or Criminology from a recognized University
- Five years of research experience in any of the above subjects in a recognized Institution or University
