Job Description:

• Representation before various tribunals, courts and High Courts (chief and cross-examination; arguments) includes client meetings/briefings.
• Legal Research;
• Preparation of notices, replies, drafting of pleadings/applications, in various tribunals and courts /written statement, counters, written arguments etc.

Specifications:

• Age: Below 60
• Experience: 10+ years 'trial/other courts' with 3 to 4 years NCLT (IBC) experience.
• Salary: 80K – 150K PM + perks
• Full-time exclusive availability
• Languages Proficiency: English and Tamil
• Use of Computer – Self-work.
• To be based in Chennai but to travel to outstation for hearings, client meetings etc. whenever required
