Essential Qualification and Experience

Professor (Law)

• As per the norms prescribed by the UGC Regulations, 2018 and as adopted by Himachal Pradesh National Law University, Shimla. The service conditions and other allowances shall be applicable as per the rules & regulations of Himachal Pradesh National Law University, Shimla.

Associate Professor (Law)

• As per the norms prescribed by the UGC Regulations, 2018 and as adopted by Himachal Pradesh National Law University, Shimla. The service conditions and other allowances shall be applicable as per the rules & regulations of Himachal Pradesh National Law University, Shimla.

Research Associate (Specialization in IPRs Law)

• As per the UGC Regulations 2018, and HPNLU, Executive and Service Regulations 2020 for the post of Assistant Professor of Law.

Research Associate (Specialization in Cyber Law)

• As per the UGC Regulations 2018, and HPNLU, Executive and Service Regulations 2020 for the post of Assistant Professor of Law.

Research Associate (Public law/Legal History & Philosophy)
