Essential Qualification and Experience

• A candidate must have acquired an LLB degree/LLM degree from any recognized Universities/Colleges/ Institutions, within three years from the date of his /her application and should not have put in more than five years of practice if he/ she is a practising advocate.

• A candidate must have a good working knowledge of computers.

• The candidate should have of sound mind and body and be free from any bodily and mental disability, which renders him unfit for such an assignment.
