National Company Law Tribunal invites applications for the post of Senior Legal Assistant (SLA) on a deputation basis in different benches of the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT).

No. of Post: 24 (twenty Four)

Essential Qualification and Experience

• Officers working in Central or State Governments or Union Territories or Courts or Tribunals possessing a degree in law from a recognized University and:

(i) holding analogous post on regular basis; or

(ii) a post in level-6 in the pay matrix of Seventh Central Pay Commission or equivalent with five years regular service in the grade; or

(iii) a post in Level-5 in the pay matrix of Seventh Central Pay Commission or equivalent with eight years of regular service in the grade;

How to apply?

• Interested candidates are required to submit their application in the prescribed format along with the certificate attached to the application from the employer/ head of office/ forwarding authority and certified copies of ACRs/APARs for the last five years, which shall be sent to The Secretary, National Company Law Tribunal, 6th Floor, Block No. 3, C.G.O. Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi - 110 003 within 60 days from the date of advertisement (i.e., 11.04.2022).

• The application must be superscripted as, "Application for the post of Senior Legal Assistant (SLA) in NCLT Benches on deputation basis."
