Name of the Post: Legal Manager (Loan Against Property)

Location: Bangalore

Essential Qualification and Experience

· Graduate degree in Law, as regular full-time student, from a recognized university. Candidates with Post Graduate Degree in Law shall be given preference.

· Experience in finance industry, preferably in banking and finance sector, with a proven track record.

· Proven track record of adding value to an organization through the development of comprehensive contract documents that mitigate risk.

Roles & Responsibilities

· Reviewing finance facility agreements and related documents.

· Conduct due diligence of properties which the company intends to take mortgage.

· Provide legal advice or opinion on matters and issues.

· To provide opinion on Title Search Reports of Immovable Properties.

· The candidate must be fluent in English and Hindi (both reading and writing). Knowledge of additional language would be a plus.

· Under pressure, the candidate must be able to work independently with minimum supervision.

· Candidate must be familiar with the provisions of the law (Specially IBC / SARFAESI / NCLT / Immovable Properties).

· Candidate must be process oriented and confident to tackle / deal with the legal issues which challenge the Company.

· Candidate must be a team player.
