Essential Qualification and Experience

· Graduate degree in Law, as regular full time student, from a recognized university. Candidates with Post Graduate Degree in Law shall be given preference.

· Experience in finance industry, preferably in banking and finance sector, with a proven track record.

· Proven track record of adding value to an organization through the development of comprehensive contract documents that mitigate risk.

Roles & Responsibilities

· Reviewing finance facility agreements and related documents.

· Conduct due diligence of properties which the company intends to take mortgage.

· Provide legal advice or opinion on matters and issues.

· To provide opinion on Title Search Reports of Immovable Properties.

· Independently drafting, reviewing, negotiating and closing the banking legal documents like loan, security, assignment, securitization, other Finance related Documents etc. and providing ongoing support to business teams

· Review and provide legal advice to the business teams with respect to the documentation.

· Able to manage complete legal documentations with respect to banking transactions.

· Understand the products proposed by business teams and advise on the legal framework applicable to such products;

· Liaise with relevant departments to ensure that where legal risks have been identified, appropriate courses of action have been taken;
