Name of the Post: Litigation Fellow

Stipend: ₹22,000/- month

Essential Qualification and Experience

• Graduate of a three (3) year or five (5) year LL.B. programme with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent CGPA.
• Must be enrolled with a State Bar Council and preferably have passed the All-India Bar Examination (AIBE).
• Candidates with less than two years of practice and more than five years after graduation are not eligible to apply.
• Preference will be given to candidates: - Actively engaged in litigation practice at the district level - Demonstrating commitment to access to justice and legal aid.
• Preference: First-generation lawyers and Lawyers with experience of two to five years.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide pro bono legal assistance to underrepresented and marginalised communities.
• Assist in litigation, drafting, filing, and court procedures.
• Conduct legal awareness and outreach programmes at the grassroots level.
• Engage with District Legal Services Authorities (DLSAs), local bar associations, and institutions.
