Name of the Post: Manager (FRR)

Essential Qualification and Experience

• A Degree in MBA/CA/LL.B. with minimum 7 years of experience in handling NPA/Stressed corporates having exposure above Rs. 50 Crs.
• Candidate should have experience in managing NPA/Stressed exposure of large corporate/Mid Corporate/SME/Real Estate/Financial Services segment etc.
• Experience in handling NCLT cases/ DRT matters/ Debt Restructuring/OTS.
• Note writing skills for seeking necessary approval from committee regarding settlements, debt restructuring, and approval of resolution plans.
• Drafting of legal notices, replies related to litigation from the borrower.
• Vetting of legal documents such as NCLT application, recovery suits before DRT.
• Conducting SARFAESI actions including physical possession of the mortgaged property.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Experience in managing corporate borrowers admitted to NCLT and active participating in resolution under IBC framework.
• Ensuring restructuring of viable stressed accounts under different restructuring mechanism of RBI.
• Active participation in preparation of restructuring plan/resolution strategy, ensuring maximum recovery for the bank.
• Recovery of NPA through legal proceedings i.e. initiation of SARFAESI action, DRT etc.
• Working out onetime settlement with borrowers
• Transferring of stressed cases to Asset reconstruction companies.
• Conducting meeting advocates and council, decide the path of recovery and accordingly initiate necessary actions.
• Coordination with various external agencies such as Economic offence wing (EOW), Enforcement Directorate (ED), SFIO w.r.t fraud borrowers.
