Essential Qualification and Experience

• Candidates must possess a CS or LL.B. qualification.
• The required experience is 1-2 years in handling IBC matters.
• Preference will be given to candidates with a good understanding of IBC provisions, strong drafting skills, and practical exposure to insolvency matters.

Work Profile:

• The role involves hands-on exposure to insolvency and bankruptcy matters under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
• The candidate will assist in CIRP, Liquidation, PIRP, and other IBC-related processes, which includes the preparation of documents, filings, and coordination with stakeholders and authorities.
