Roles & Responsibilities

· Verification of Titles and Drafting and sharing relevant Affidavits etc., for New Loan Proposals

· Attending Branch queries upon New Loan Proposals and Attending Operations Team Queries

· Aiding Authorization Letter Processing and Drafting Reply Notices

· Attending CLSS or statutory Body Complaint, Aiding Empanelment Process of New Legal Vendor, To Travel Location Audit Etc., Recovery Related works: To issue OD, To Initiate SARFAESI Proceedings: 13(2) Notice, 13(4) Notice, Initiating Paper Publication, To Aid in Sec. 14 Filing (If Necessary/ Applicable), To Aid in Execution of Sec.14 Order under SARFAESI, Nl Act /Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007, Against Case Follow Up, Bill Clearance of Vendor, Legal Audit, and Compliance.
