Essential Qualification and Experience

Officer (Company Secretary)

• Graduation with ACS Qualification or Qualified Company Secretary having membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) from recognized University/College/Institute with good academic record. Degree in Law (LLB.) is desirable. Proficiency in computer skills is essential.
• Should have minimum 02 years of experience in the relevant field.

Officer (Legal)

• Full-time LAW Graduate (LL.B.) from recognized University/College/Institute with good academic record. Candidates should have minimum 60% (aggregate marks of all semesters / years of Graduation) relaxed to 50% for SC / ST Candidates. Proficiency in computer skills is essential.
• Should have minimum 02 years of experience in the relevant field.
