No. of Post: 02 (Two)

Age Limit: 65 Years

Remuneration: Sitting fee of five thousand rupees for each day of sitting of the commission

Essential Qualification and Experience

• A recognized postgraduate degree in any of the disciplines of Indian System of Medicine, Sanskrit, Urdu, Tamil, management, law, health research, science and technology and economics.
• Not less than 15 years of experience in the respective field including at least 7 years as leader in the area of specialty.
• Desirable: (a) Must have proven high quality and effective communication skills at all levels, (b) Must have demonstrable experience of ethical leadership with proven ability to work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary stakeholders, (c) Strong management experience, organisational strategy and planning experience for at least 7 years, (e) Ability to build trusting relationships with peers and stakeholders and to act as an ambassador in India and across the globe, (f) Demonstrated ability to utilize resources effectively for maximum benefit to the society, (g) Evidence based medicine, and (h) Quality management in healthcare.
