Essential Qualification and Experience

• Deputation (including short-term contract): Officers holding the post of Registrar (Judicial) of Supreme Court or High Courts or Tribunals or Members of Higher Judicial Service of the Central Government or State Governments or autonomous bodies or statutory organisations or public sector undertakings or recognised Universities or recognised research institutions,
• Holding analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre or Department; and
• Bachelor's degree with Law from a recognised University or recognised institute.
