Essential Qualification and Experience

• LL.M. with specialisation (preferably in Constitutional Law/Real Estate Law and Urban Development Law) from a recognised Indian or foreign university with minimum 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever a grading system is followed), and a good academic record.
• Demonstrable research work/publication and interest in urban studies, urban development and the law, constitutional law, local land and municipal laws, real estate, and other allied areas/themes.
