Essential Qualification and Experience

· Officers in the Central / State Government/ Statutory /Autonomous bodies/ Public Sector Undertakings:

· Holding analogous post OR Holding the post of Assistant in the Level 6 in the pay matrix (Pre-revised PB-2, Rs. 9300-34800 + GP Rs. 4200) OR equivalent with 5 years regular service in the grade.

· Degree from a recognized University/ Institute.

· Desirable: (i) Degree or Diploma in Personnel Management (ii) Degree in Law
