Essential Qualification and Experience

• Degree in LL.B./LLM
• Graduates with good experience in legal contracts management and legal documents.
• Sectors worked upon- Investment Banks, NBFCs, Fintech Companies for majority of his/her work experience
• Well versed with settlements of derivatives instruments.
• Preparing MIS or any other management reports.
• Technical Capability: Ability to review legal documents and notices independently
• Good exposure to understanding of banking and finance industry preferable
• Good exposure to client communication and stakeholder management.
• Must have good MS office skills and able to work with volume of data and present insights.
