Essential Qualification and Experience

Senior Legal Consultant

• Retired Central / State Government / PSU employee at the level of Deputy Secretary or equivalent (from Level-12 of the Pay Matrix) who has worked in either Ministry of Law & Justice or JAG branch of the Armed Forces / CAPFS on legal matters.
• For Other Candidates: (i) Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) from a NIRF top 50 ranked University/Institute. (ii) Advocates/Legal Professionals with 5+ years of experience in legal practice or in the legal department of a reputable private firm/PSU those dealing with Property Law, Revenue Law, and Litigation (iii) Membership of the Bar Council of India.
• Desirable: (i) Post-Graduate Degree / Diploma Certificate in Land Laws or related fields. (ii) Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills. (iii) Good working knowledge of Computer Operations (MS Office).

Legal Consultant

• For Retired Government Officials: (i) Retired Central / State Government / PSU employees at level of Under Secretary or Equivalent (from Level 11 of the Pay Matrix) who have worked in either Ministry of Law & Justice or JAG branch of the Armed Forces / CAPFS on Legal Matters.
• For Other Candidates: (i) Bachelor's degree in Law LLB from a NIRF top 100 ranked recognized institute/university. (ii) Advocate / Legal professional With 2+ years of experience in legal practice or in the legal department of a reputable private firm/PSU, especially those dealing with property law, revenue law and litigation. (iii) Valid Membership of the Bar Council of India.
• Desirable: i) Post-Graduate Degree / Diploma Certificate in Land Laws or related fields. (ii) Strong analytical drafting and communications skills. (iii) Good working knowledge of Computer Operations (MS Office).
