Essential Qualification and Experience

· Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3).

· LL.B. / LLM from a recognized institution.

· Strong contract drafting and review expertise.

· Proficiency in contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools (preferred).

· Experience in process mapping tools and strong documentation and redlining capabilities.

· Legal operations and process improvement mindset.

· Ability to translate legal processes into business-friendly guidance.

· Strong analytical and risk assessment skills.

· 10+ years of experience in: (a) Contract management, (b) Commercial/legal documentation, and (c) Legal operations or process optimization.
