Essential Qualification and Experience

· Candidate should have a bachelor's degree in LL.B. / LLM with 15+ years of post-qualification experience.

· Excellent interpersonal stalls and good communication skills

· Self-motivated and proactive approach.

· Result orientated, committed and with strong sense of discipline

Roles & Responsibilities

· Handling and reviewing legal issue pertaining to Consumer Finance Division (CFD) / vehicle Finance Division of the Bank/ Financial institution.

· Drafting of agreement, deeds etc., Handling against bank cases.

· Initiation of arbitration, conduction and obtaining of awards

· Monitor Arbitration Centers and address the issues and coordinating with Online Dispute Resolution Platforms for conducting Arbitration Proceedings.

· Handling all legal cases / issues f notices f customer complaints including vetting of the pleadings.

· Consolidation of MIS on Cases Against Bank, Cases by the Bank such as SARFAESl, Lok Adalat. EP and 5.138 cases.

· Filing and pursuing the claims under insolvency and Bankruptcy code, including attending the meetings of COC

· Handling of all RBI and BO Complaints.

· Should be managing a PAN India team and a legal team at Corporate.
