• Food / FMCG Industry experience of 6-10 years.
• Good knowledge of Litigation and proficiency in drafting and vetting of agreements.
• In depth knowledge on Civil, Property, Criminal and Food law Litigation.
• Knowledge on Property due diligence and licensing requirement.
• Knowledge of environment laws in particular Plastic Waste Management.
• IPR knowledge (Trademark and Copyright).
