Essential Qualification and Experience

• A Capital Markets lawyer with substantial, hands-on experience across Main Board IPOs, SME IPOs and QIPs, and depth in: (a) SEBI, ICDR and LODR regulations and securities law, (b) IPO due diligence, structuring and offer documentation, (c) SEBI and Stock Exchange processes and regulatory interface, (d) Listed-company compliances and corporate actions, (e) Coordination with merchant bankers, issuers, promoters and institutional stakeholders, and (f) Ongoing capital markets and securities law advisory.
• An established and portable client book is central to this mandate.
