Essential Qualification and Experience
- Possess a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from a recognized university.
- Be duly enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Calcutta High Court.
- Have experience at the Bar in handling criminal matters before various courts, including the High Courts.
- Possess at least 10 years of experience as an Advocate, with substantial experience in handling criminal cases.
