Essential Qualification and Experience
- Degree in LL.B. with Enrolment Certificate as an Advocate with the Bar Council.
- Experience at BAR of handling criminal matters in Sessions Courts.
- Experience in conducting trials of cases under the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, is mandatory pre-condition.
- A minimum standing of 10 years as an Advocate is required for considering an Advocate for CBI Special Public Prosecutor, who have experience in handling criminal matters.
