The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India invites application for the post of Whole Time Member (WTM) in the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India, a statutory body established under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), 2016.

Essential Qualification
- The Whole Time Member shall be a person of ability, integrity, and standing, who has shown capacity in dealing with problems relating to insolvency or bankruptcy and have special knowledge and experience in the field of law, finance, economics, accountancy or administration.

- Application are invited in the prescribed proforma annexed in the Official Notification along with supporting documents should be forwarded through proper channel (where ever applicable) to reach the undersigned in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, R & I, Garage No. 14, Gate No. -2, A-Wing, Ground Floor, Shastri Bhawan, New Delhi within 4 weeks of the publication of advertisement for the said post in the Employment News i.e 12.07.2019.
