AMS Legal has advised the VGP Group of Companies on a series of retail leasing transactions across Tamil Nadu, facilitating the expansion of the group's entertainment and leisure portfolio through multiple mall-based ventures.
As part of the expansion during 2025–2026, the group launched and secured premises for several ventures, including VGP Waghoba at Fun Mall, Coimbatore, and Phoenix Palladium, Chennai, VGP Cyber Kingdom at Citi Centre, Chennai, and VGP Play Kingdom at VR Mall, Chennai.
Legal Execution
The AMS Legal team, led by Mr. Mukil (Partner) including Ms. Srinarayani V, managed the end-to-end negotiation of Leave and License Agreements and Lease Agreements. The firm focused on securing commercially favorable terms for VGP while ensuring strict legal compliance across all mall-based retail transactions.
