AMS Legal has announced the completion of comprehensive title due diligence and the issuance of title opinions for several large-scale land parcels across South India and Maharashtra. The collective deal value for these engagements is estimated at ₹1,000 crores.
Project Highlights
The firm managed due diligence for several significant land parcels, including:
- Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu: Two major parcels comprising approximately 1,000 acres and 100 acres.
- Palghar, Maharashtra: 130 acres located in the Wada region.
- Bengaluru, Karnataka: An area totaling approximately 6,31,000 sq. ft.
Complexity and Execution
