Argus Partners has acted as the legal counsels for Qapita Fintech India Private Limited on its 100% acquisition of KP Corporate Solutions Limited (ESOP Direct). ESOP Direct provides end-to-end solutions for equity compensation to employees. Its service spans the entire lifecycle of employee share plans, from conceptualisation to reporting.
