Dua Associates advised Piramal Finance Limited in connection with financing extended to (i) Nimbus Projects Limited and (ii) IITL-Nimbus The Palm Village for the development of the residential group housing project, Nimbus-The Palm Village, located in the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Area.
The financing comprised facilities aggregating ₹250 crore, including ₹200 crore extended to Nimbus Projects Limited and ₹50 crore to IITL-Nimbus The Palm Village.
The firm's mandate included conducting corporate due diligence, title verification, and advising on the drafting, negotiation and execution of the transaction documentation.
