Dua Associates Advises SWAMIH Investment Fund-I On ₹399.5 Crore Funding For Greater Noida Housing Project

Dua Associates advised and assisted SBI Ventures Limited's SWAMIH Investment Fund-I on its ₹399.5 crore funding of SRK Buildwell Private Limited for the residential development Project Morpheus Pratiksha—soon to be rebranded as Project Nirala Grand—located in Sector 1, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
Established with the mandate of reviving stalled, brownfield, RERA-registered residential projects in the affordable and mid-income housing segment, over the years SWAMIH Investment Fund-I has emerged as a critical catalyst in India's last-mile real estate financing ecosystem, enabling timely project completion and home delivery.
Dua Associates advised SWAMIH Investment Fund-I across the full lifecycle of the transaction, including legal due diligence, transaction structuring, documentation, and ongoing legal support through execution and closing.
