Among the nearly 20 legal professionals recently promoted at Dua Associates, the firm has announced the elevation of Principal Associates Aniketh B.C. and Vinuth Gowda to Non-equity Partners effective April 1, 2022. The Firm has always been quick to recognize merit and talent and this promotion acknowledges the newly minted Partners' strong work ethic and commitment that have helped them move into this new position.
They are both based at Dua Associates' Bangalore office and will continue to focus on their practice areas of Litigation, Real Estate and Corporate Law. While Aniketh's core expertise areas are Commercial and Contract Law, Debt Recovery and Banking Law, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code and Constitutional Law, Vinuth has worked extensively on structuring real estate transactions and advising on real estate specific laws.
With these promotions the partners tally at Dua Associates stands at 70+ and growing.
