SL Partners Expands Its Office Space And Practice Areas

SL Partners announces its expansion by (i) moving into a bigger office at 1617-C Wing at One BKC and extending its infrastructure and (ii) also welcoming its new Equity Partner, Mr. Nand Kishore, who is an expert legal advisor in Tax (Advisory & Litigation), Labour and Employment (Advisory & Litigation) and Admiralty. Mr. Nand Kishore has 22+ years' experience in the legal field and specially in these sectors.
Nand Kishore was earlier a Partner at HSA Advocates, DSK Legal and has also worked with renowned firms like Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan, BMR Advisors etc. With Nand Kishore joining, the firm will now also focus on Tax (Advisory & Litigation), Labour and Employment (Advisory & Litigation) and Admiralty matters.
This expansion will bolster the existing practice areas of Corporate Advisory Practice including Merger & Acquisitions, Private Equity and Joint Ventures, Real Estate/Redevelopment Projects and Litigations & other Non-Litigations, DRT & SARFAESI Litigations/ Advisory, Insolvency and Bankruptcy matters, Arbitrations and Conciliations, Intellectual Property Law, TMT, Project & Energy etc.
The expansion will now add another feather to the Cap of SL Partners.
